Hi, I'm Jamal, and I've been living in the shelter for 6 years with a short break in a foster home that unfortunately gave me back quickly. I'm not one of the youngest dogs; I've already reached the age of 8, but my condition is that of a 2-year-old. Because of the hardships I've been through, I don't trust strangers. However, when someone earns my love, I'll give them my whole heart. Due to my age, I've lost most of my teeth, so my main need is wet food. I love all kinds of toys, especially the soft ones.
